When you register for a conference, we collect personal information such as your full name, job title, organization, email address, phone number, and physical address. We use this data exclusively to process your registration, manage your event attendance, and send you important updates regarding the conference schedule and logistics. We implement a variety of standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

Refund Policy

All refunds for eligible cancellations (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions) will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once it has been approved. If an event is completely cancelled by the organizers and not postponed, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fees. However, the organizers are not responsible for any personal travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses incurred by the registrant.
