How do I submit an abstract?
You can submit an abstract via the "Submit Abstract" page. Please ensure your abstract is under 300 words and strictly follows the formatting guidelines.
Are group discounts available?
Yes! Groups of 5 or more attendees from the same institution are eligible for a 15% discount. Please contact us directly to arrange group billing.
Is hotel accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the standard ticket price. However, we have partnered with the venue hotel to provide discounted rates for attendees.
Will the sessions be recorded?
All keynote and main track sessions will be recorded and made available to VIP ticket holders via our online portal 2 weeks after the event concludes.
